群基电火花机床CJ-500s升级改造Creator EDM retrofit

  济南正日科技有限公司成功升级改造两台群基电火花机床（creator EDM ）电箱，群基CJ-500S电火花机床电箱升级改造轮胎电火花机床，历时25天，其中经历技术难题和障碍，克服困难，为给客户节约改造成本，在不更换伺服电机的前提下，最终完成对原有机械的控制，现将群基电火花改造过程中的记录和资料图片公布一下，希望与同行一起探讨研究，共同进步。

    群基轮胎模具电火花机床2台（群基CJ-500S轮胎火花机）由青岛客户提供，该设备生产于2003年6月，由于年久电箱元器件老化，闲置多年，电火花电柜老化严重，设备已经不能使用，接近报废。一次和客户交谈中，客户问能不能给升级改造一下这两台群基电柜。我们查看了现场这两台设备，机械部分基本完整，电柜老化厉害，电阻已经脱粉了，无法使用，但是看到群基轮胎电火花机床的机械部分完整，而且经历这么多年精度也很好，不禁感叹台湾群基电火花制造工艺严谨，质量控制严格。我们觉得可以试试。客户非常高兴，随后把设备送到我们厂。

     下面是我们的改造车间，济南正日科技有限公司，位于山东济南，具有电火花研发生产15年的历史，2007年为豪迈科技研发电火花无阻电源，一直致力于轮胎模具电火花的研究。量产数控轮胎模具电火花机床630/D800/F900/F1050多种型号，且研发的轮胎模具电火花机床受到客户的好评，我厂历经数年研发的电火花无阻电源已获专利（专利号：201922302290.6）。可定制特种轮胎模具电火花机床，并可提供整厂电火花机床改造维修服务。

Jinan Zhengri Technology Co., Ltd. successfully upgraded two creator EDM electric boxes, and the electric box of creator  CJ-500S electric spark machine tools was upgraded and transformed the tire EDM machine. It took 25 days and experienced technical difficulties and obstacles. To overcome difficulties, in order to save the cost of reconstruction for customers, the control of the original machinery is finally completed without replacing the servo motor. Now the records and data pictures of the group-based electric spark reconstruction process are published, and I hope to work with our peers Explore research and make progress together.

    Two Qunji tire mold EDM machines (Qunji CJ-500S tire spark machine) were provided by customers in Qingdao. The equipment was produced in June 2003. Due to the ageing of electrical box components and idle for many years, the EDM cabinet is aging. Seriously, the equipment is out of use and is about to be scrapped. In a conversation with a customer, the customer asked if he could upgrade and transform the two group-based electrical cabinets. We checked the two devices on site. The mechanical parts were basically complete, the electrical cabinets were aging, and the resistors were de-powdered and could not be used. However, we saw that the mechanical parts of the Qunji Tire EDM machine were complete and the accuracy was also very good after so many years. , I can’t help but sigh Taiwan's rigorous manufacturing technology and strict quality control. We think we can try. The customer was very happy and then sent the equipment to our factory.

     The following is our transformation workshop, Jinan Zhengri Technology Co., Ltd., located in Jinan, Shandong, has 15 years of EDM R&D and production history. In 2007, Halma developed the EDM non-impeded power supply and has been committed to the research of EDM for tire molds. Mass-produced various models of CNC tire mold EDM machine 630/D800/F900/F1050, and the tire mold EDM machine developed by our company has been well received by customers. The non-impeded EDM power supply developed by our factory after several years of research and development has been patented (patent number: 201922302290.6). EDM machine tools for special tire molds can be customized, and EDM machine tools can be modified and repaired for the whole factory.

 产于2003年的群基轮胎火花机机床，虽经历岁月，依然感受到当年严谨的制造工艺。机械基本完整，手摇有些吃力，经过钳工师傅修理打磨上油，重新装配安装，手轮使用比较省力。

  拆下转台护罩，发现转台是台湾亘阳数控转台，型号 CNCMT-321.拆下数控转台的驱动电机，看到转台里黄油很多，使用状况良好，电机上的齿轮磨损很小，继续使用没有问题。

   Remove the cover of the turntable and find that the turntable is a Taiwan Genyang CNC turntable, model CNCMT-321. Remove the drive motor of the CNC turntable, and see that there is a lot of butter in the turntable, and it is in good working condition. The gears on the motor are worn out. problem.

    控制转台回转的电机是日本多摩川TS3620 N1 S/N 274 ，电机驱动器早已丢失，给多摩川中国总代理联系购买驱动，答复定制产品无没有资料，时间太久无法查找。

The motor that controls the rotation of the turntable is Japan’s Tamagawa TS3620 N1 S/N 274. The motor driver has long been lost. Contact the Tamagawa general agent in China to purchase the driver. The answer is that there is no information on the customized product. It takes too long to find it.

   与公司电气开发人员一起研究多摩川的步进电机，在经历跳线/盲线技术困扰之后，百折不挠，加班加点，用时15天终于开发出用于群基多摩川TS3620 的电机驱动，驱动器价格便宜，为客户省钱。

  接下来用自己开发的PLC调整减速比，与数控转台配合。
